The process involves DJ Justin Gilbert walking step by step through the event and details with you. This helps ensure that you receive excellent service, quality, and what you intended for your event. We cater to your needs and expectations. Planning

• We offer detailed event planning. Prior to your wedding reception, we will have a 2-4 hour in-person consultation. During our meeting we will walk through every aspect of your wedding reception. During this time we will discuss the do's & don'ts of your music choice for cocktail hour, dinner, and of course dancing! Going over introductions, name pronunciations, seating arraignments, and special accommodations for your wedding day is extremely important to us.
• After taking detailed notes we put together a FLOW for your evening. We create a very detailed document containing times, names, pronunciations, important people, song selections, etc. for your special day. We will communicate this FLOW to all of your other vendors so that everyone understands exactly how you envision your wedding going and eliminating the potential for surprises. We take the time before your wedding so that you can have peace of mind on your wedding day!

Setup

•  Nothing looks more tacky than an elegant wedding with a DJ centered on your dance floor with a messy setup. Hiring a professional means that we know how to properly setup our equipment so we are not the center of attention. Our goal at every setup, is to blend in with your wedding venue. Hiring us means you won't see messy cords, tripods, or a shabby orange extension chord. We cover all tripods in professional DJ coverings. chords are tied down and neatly hidden among table dressings and speaker covers. We position our setup so that we can facilitate your night without interfering with your special day. 

Equipment 

• We are a professional DJ service, who uses professional grade equipment. None of our equipment can be purchased from stores such as Walmart or Target. Top of the line equipment such as JBL, EV, Numark, Line 6, Samson, etc. are built for professional use. Professional Wedding DJ's use top of the line gear because it doesn't fail, it looks professional, and it sounds excellent! 

Architectural Up-Lighting 

• Architectural up-lighting! Like many other DJ companies, we offer wireless up-lighting. What sets us apart from the competition is the ability to up-light architecture in your venue. When placing up-lighting, we look for architecture and other elegant attributes to highlight.  

Music Selection 

• Hiring a skilled DJ who can properly mix songs of any genre is crucial to keeping your dance floor packed! With hundreds of thousands of songs to choose from, we can keep your party going all night long.
